This is my seventh year teaching Spanish in Ankeny. I also coach 9th Large Group and 9th Individual Speech.
My husband, Dan, coaches Girls Track and Cross Country and teaches Math at Urbandale High School. We have two dogs,
Betsy and Tilly, and a cat, Miss Kitty.
I studied at Wartburg College and spent May Term in Cuernavaca, Mexico and lived during my Junior year in Spain.
Whle in Spain I lived with a family in Sevilla, traveled, and studied. I am currently working on my Master's degree
through Drake University and am looking forward to graduation in May 2008.
I have had the opportunity to travel with the Spain trip every other year. The Summer 2007 trip was great fun!
